Muny

For the 3rd year in a row Amelia and I went to the Muny. We saw Mary Poppins and most people are saying its the best show ever there. We really enjoyed it. It was kind of spur of the moment and didn't almost happen. Amelia had got sick on Wednesday. Then I caught it on Friday. So all Saturday I was still feeling pretty awful. But, it only lasted about 24 hours so by night I was feeling better. We didn't buy tickets till Saturday morning.

Amelia had so much fun. She made it through the whole show. We didn't get home till midnight.

Few more Alaska photos

My parents have some really good ones on their camera. Who knows when I will get to those?

Love this. My dad is a big kid. Late at night they would get in the elevator and push all the buttons. Then walk to the next level. And someone would try to get on and would say "some kid must of pushed all the buttons".

Amelia tying her shoes

This was in my list all summer. She has probably had the fine motor skills for over a year. But, she rarely wear tennis shoes. I think the last time she wore tennis shoes was in may. Well it took her all of 15 mins to learn. Now her and Baron are seeing who is faster.

Glad we got that done before school. It's a pet peeve when kids can't tie shoes. So I wasn't going to send her to school till she could.

VBS

Amelia did VBS again last week. To say she had a great time was an understatement. What a great week. So thankful for these opportunities.

American Girl

Right before Baron came home I took Amelia to American Girl. We did the afternoon tea. And she picked out a few things she liked. And of course added a few big things to her Christmas cart. Hey Santa she really wants the snack cart!

Baron made it back from Alaska

Baron had such a great time in Alaska. What an experience. He walked on a glacier, rode a helicopter, did a float plane. Everything went smooth in fact he really didn't even want to come home with us. I only have a few pictures as my parents took most photos with a real camera and they have to put on a jump drive for me.

I'm still alive

Oh my gosh we have had an amazing summer. With so much fun. I'm so sad we only have 3 weeks left. And 2 weeks of that we are gone. So much more fun to fit in and get done. Can't believe Amelia will be in kindergarten. I really miss them when in school and now I'm thinking its going to be really hard when she starts full time school.

Zoo race. Baron ran a 5k in 31 minutes.

Lots of baseball. In fact we have baron on another fall team. He got asked by two! So that in the fall and both kids are doing soccer again



Lots of 6 Flags. Baron is really into coasters and the adult ones


Kids went to Nolan's parents when we were in California. They love it!

Baron is in Alaska for almost 2 weeks. It's weird not having him home. He is having the time of his life. More pictures to come. Amelia has enjoyed being spoiled
