Flooding

With all the rain brought flooding. On Thursday evening Nolan was out of town so I took the kids to look at it. They listened real well and did not get too close. We walked around and got as close as we could. This is of the road we drive on to go to the park to play baseball. It's also where I run. There is a trail on the opposite side of the road.

The big day

We did not do anything special on Amelia's actual birthday. But, I snapped a few pictures on our way out the door. Can you tell what Baron thought of having his picture taken?

He even asked a neighbor kid if he coudl take a picture of his motorcycle and baskeball hoop. He then proceeds to tell the kid he likes those things and that his Opa is going to get him a motorcycle.

It was so funny as he was telling us to smile and say funny words before he would snap a picture. Wonder where he got that from!

The other day we were riding bikes and Baron asked if he could take some pictures. He did a pretty good job. all except the first one he took. he was cracking me up as he was wanting to take them on cool stuff. Like rocks, motorcycles, trash cans, ect.

Easter

We had a nice Easter. The kids had to have their hunt inside as once again it was STILL raining. They got nice Easter baskets and Nolan, Opa, and Baron got to go to the Cards game. The rain stopped just long enough to get in the game ( with only some rain). And they one. I am a little made at Nolan he did nto take any pictures. So all I have is some snapshots Opa took with his IPhone.

Round 2!

On Saturday we went to Chevy's. Amelia loves that place and they sung to her, we had her little party. where she got a ton of neat things. I think her favorites are her Baby Alive and her jewerly box. We dyed Easter eggs and just had a fun day even with allt he rain.
