Here is some pictures of some of my friends from races. The St. Pats race was a blast and I plan on doing it again. Go St. Louis the only thing cool was that I was interviewd about it and it was on KSDK for the 6pm news. But, I actually, ended up dropping of the course. I hurt my back the week before. And really had no business starting. But, after 6 miles I realized I was going to have to either slow down or end up hurt. I was runninf 8-8:30 and was nto going to slow down so I walked off the course. WORSE FEELING EVER. I have not really been running this week and not sure what I will train for next!
