The "tree"

Oh my this deserves a post of its own. Once again we went to Meert Tree Farm to cut down our tree. We love this family owned business. They had 6 inches of snow on the ground. We were so disappointed with our small tree last year we went big. Pretty Clark Griswold!

See 8 foot later in background. It ended up closer to 16 foot. Let's just say it wasn't easy to get in the house. We had to cut 2 feet off of it to fit. And it's still touching the ceiling. We could not get the last bit of plastic wrap off of it. So Nolan taped a knife to PVC and stood on counter to cut. It takes up half out room. We are going to decorate next weekend. I have no idea how we are going to do that! But, we made good memories.
