Lately...

We have been busy. I didn't realize how much work it is to have Baron in real school. He gets homework every night. It's super easy but still takes time, having lunches packed, all his school stuff ready, hot breakfest every morning. I feel like by 8 I'm ready for a nap.

This week I'm teaching Kid Fit camp after school. It's every day one week a month for 1.5 hours. It's a lot of fun. Baron gets to go and enjoying it. But, 25 kids (mostly boys) running around after sitting in school all day wears me out!

The kids are still doing soccer. They both had games this weekend. And pretty much every weekend for the next 2 months. Baron is still in fall baseball. He had 3 rainouts in a row. Hopefully, he will get a game in this weekend.

Amelia is working on new skills in gymnastics. She can't take a smile off her face the whole class

Plays/positions before the game

They play on a huge field this year, with real rules, and refs!

Best part of the game for the girls. They have to play kindergarten boy teams. Poor girls can't even get the ball on the correct side to score.

It's weird Baron's team has like 15 players ( he plays on a 1st grade team) and they all want to play more.

Amelia's team has like 8. And a couple would not go on the field. Amelia had to play the whole 40 mins. She hasn't napped forever but came home and just collapsed!

Baron loves survivor type shows. 2 days ago he found a nice piece of rope in the school parking. I tried to talk him out of it. But, it was just too nice for camping. Well, yesterday morning he was running around working on a project. He took a ziplock bag , put a hole in it, tied the rope on. He made a purse for Amelia. She was very happy and Baron was one proud big brother.
