Yes in our family a birthday is like a week event and last night it got off to a wonderful start. Andy one of our best friends came over for dinner. His wife Becky and children William and Clark did not make it into town. Andy was in town for Coast Guard duty. They are so special to us as they are both of ours Godparents and Mom has know both of them for 14 years ( Becky and her were pared as roommates as freshman in college). Is my Mom old or what? They gave Amelia the cutest outfits from Gymboree one dress and one shirt with cute capri pants. They also gave her sunglasses to match one of the outfits. But, I really liked these. It is so nice for them to think so much of us. I am also including a picture of the card. Becky is very talented and crafty and made it.
