Dad is going to kill us

http://www.semissourian.com/story/1574045.html

He hates this kind of stuff. But, we are so proud of him. Above is a link to a story complete with picture on him.

Yes they are doing what you think they are

I love it when I get my sister laughing and doing what I do. So on the way home yesterday I started picking my nose ( gross as Mom says) and Amelia thought it was so funny. I just kept doing it and showing her how. The video is not that good. Don't tell the police Mom was driving and just held the camera back!

More Curious George

Curious George- Magic House

Yeaterday we went to the Magic House. We have a membership there so we go a lot. Mostly when the weather is colder. They just got a new exhibit about Curious George. It was really neat and we had a great time. We only went for a few hours - but it was a nice morning. Actully, Mom had trouble getting me to leave ( so she told me I get to go back next week).

What do you think?

So we really like Halloween in our house. I usually have the costumes bought in Aug. But, this year I am WAY behind. I like to do matching ( coordinating) things for the kids. ( they are only small once-even if it is chessy) But, I am having no luck. I find something cute and then it does not come i small enough for Amelia or big enough for Baron. Plus Baron is kind of to the stage that he wants to get what he likes. SO last night I pulled out his costume from last year ( bat) and he says he loves it and wants to wear it. It is size 2t/3t and he is a 4t. I think it will work. The sleeves are too short and it bugs me! But, it's only for a few nights. So maybe I should just use that for Baron and buy Amelia something new ( but I can't think of anything for her to match the bat). What do you think? Should I use the bat?

Happy Birthday Opa

Ok we are a little early. We just were not sure how early we could get this on for your big day tomorrow. You know Mom she does not want to be late.

To the best Opa in the world. Thanks for being so special to us. We love you more then anything and hope you have a special day. We are counting down the days till your October visit. Love you forever-Baron and Amelia.

Opa I really love our phone converstaions. So I am going to call you tomorrow on the phone. Probably after school. I might even share the phone and let Amelia talk!

Suson Pics part 2

Suson Park

Today we met Becky and her boys William and Clark at Suson park for a great morning of fun. Suson is really close to our home and amazing. They have a great play area and tons fo farm animals to look at. Don't tell the workers Mom even let Amelia and I pet one of the small horses on the back. I really want to ride it! Does anyone know where Mom can buy me a real horse at? Amelia and I love animals. We had such a great time and after all the fun we all went to Chevy's for lunch. It was great to see my friends. Becky's husband is in New Orleans already since they are moving there. So both of our Dad's were gone!

Mom says I am saying funner things every day. Last night as we were getting back to bed - I saw some friends outside. And I said " Mom my friends are outside can i go out and play with them"

Also, (Thanks to Becky for getting the stuff at the teacher store) is starting a new chart for me. She is having some issues with me. Most say it is normal. But, it is taking a toll on Mom. Sometimes I am mean to her and my sister and don't want to listen. So I am going to get a sticker chart and when I do something good Mom is going to give me a sticker and if I do something bad I have to lose a sticker. If I fill up my whole chart I get to do something special. I get to pick: It could be staying up late, going out for ice cream, a little toy, ect.

It is getting harder for Mom to get good pictures while chasing us both. You know how Mom makes things harder on herself by not using stroller very much.

Also, My sister is crazy on the playground. She would even go down 8 foot slides. No fear. I was scared!

Trying to fill in for Daddy

I have a few jobs around the house. I set the table, help clean up from meals, pick up toys, help with trash, and help feed the dog. Today after Amelia went to bed we had a few chores. It as just funny for Mom on shocking that I started to do these without being told. I went and got the trash can from the bathroom. Put it in the kitchen trash and took it out of the can to take outside. What a great help I am. It is nice for Mom since Dad is out of town for work.

I had a little trouble with the bags.

Look Close...It's a double rainbow

Today we had nice weather. But, we had two sets of stroms that moved in pretty quick and only lasted a short time. After Daddy left today we were outside riding bikes down the street. It started to thunder and we started back home. but, it starting raining before we could even make it home. Amelia and I laughed the whole way home and we were getting soaked. We loved to sit in our garage and watch rain. As we did this Mom noticed a rainbow and took a few pictures. Then she noticed a double rainbow. They we both full rainbow and it was amazing. Moms pictures were nto great as it was still raining/storming real hard and she had to take these from the garage.

Zoo

Friday we went to the zoo. We go about once a month. Friday was perfect as the weather was cooler and there were not too much of a crowd. Since we got there early ( at 9am) we got to see tons of stuff before heading home for naps. We did the goats, train, children's zoo, carousal, penguins, tigers, bears, and chimps. Then Mom even packed us a picnic lunch and bought us popcorn. We had a great day. We told Mom to chill for awhile as we got dirty in the goat area ( it was kind of wet). So we had to go the the bathroom and get cleaned up as best as possible. Mom had goat poop on her pants and was grossed out. Amelia had it on her shoe and when she picked her up in went on her pants. Saturday Dad leaves to go to Denver till Tuesday night for work. But, mom thinks she will make it! Tomorrow she is taking us to Suson park with Becky and her boys. Then we are planning on lunch at Chevy's with us. That should be fun 4 kids and 2 adults!. Then on Monday I go to school for 2.5 hours. I am really looking forward to going it is YELLOW WEEK. I am even supposed to wear a yellow shirt. I will have to ask Mom if I have one.

And yes i wore my shirt backwards the whole day. I said I liked it that way and Mom has to pick her battles. At least I dress myself.

Also, don't tell anyone. I am scared of carousals. So I would only sit on the bench. While Amelia got to ride on an animal. I try to pretend I am tough. But I have a sensitive side.

More Farm Fun

Every Boy's Dream

On Sunday in Cape our friends Ben and Stacy invited us out to there house for a BBQ and some fun. I loved it. But, I was VERY tired and it really started to show at the end. Ben is Daddy's college roommate. He does farming and has every kind of big piece of equipment you could imagine. There was like 15 things to look at. I got to get in a combine! The tires are taller then Mommy. We used a skid loader ( kind of like bob cat) and Ben took us around to move gravel. They have a pool, a crocked house, a huge slide Ben made, and a awesome swing set. I never wanted to leave this great place. It was heaven for me! Big toys, dirt, a tons of fun. Griffin was even nice enough to share all his toys. I even got to drive his Gator. He is a pretty experienced driver . Just like me! We went all around.
